- Please clean your jewellery before sending or bringing it to us.
- There is no minimum or maximum pieces which you can donate, but every round of donation = 1 x 10% discount code. Capped at maximum of 3 rounds per month. (3 x 10% discount)
- 3125 may refuse and return if pieces received are unacceptable for recycling.
- Customers are solely responsible for delivery fees if you are sending the pieces to us via courier.
- International donations are accepted, but at your own costs.
