This has caused an influx of deliveries to be made by our delivery partners we work with. We hope to seek your understanding as we aim to deliver your order safely and surely.
1. Local deliveries will be fulfilled by Ninjavan. This is fully traceable via this link and will be delivered to your doorstep. Ninjavan will notify you when your order is arriving and offers up to 3 delivery attempts.
2. International deliveries will be fulfilled by Aramex. This is fully traceable and you will receive an email update once your order has been shipped. IMPORTANT: Kindly leave us with your phone number and email address so you will receive notifications regarding your parcel's status.

Some of THREEONETWOFIVE pieces are made to order. For this reason we cannot provide exact shipping dates.
Ready stock items: 1-3 business days
Custom & bespoke items (including those that require engraving, gold plating and resizing): 4-5 weeks
If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request—please include your instructions in the order notes or drop us an email to hello@threeonetwofive.com.
All of our packages are traceable. You will receive a tracking number with the respective delivery provider from us.
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery. If you have any questions or problems during check out please email hello@threeonetwofive.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please kindly note that we cannot accommodate resize requests for international customers.

In view of COVID-19, your safety and wellbeing is our priority. In this unprecedented time, we are not accepting exchanges of jewellery for hygiene reasons. If you would like to view the pieces in real life, please visit our physical stockists (with social distancing measures in place) or view our Instagram profile to see how the jewellery pieces look on our customers ☺

GENERAL RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Most pieces are handmade to order, please consider this factor when you make your purchase. We do not accept returns nor exchanges for custom items such as those with engraving and bespoke pieces.
All sale items are final, strictly no exchange or refunds are allowed.
If any item is sent wrong by us or items got damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you on the matter within 7 working days. All THREEONETWOFIVE items have a 6-month warranty, effective from the date of order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are welcomed but return shipping fees will be borne by customer.
It is required that you track all shipments and pack your returned goods securely. THREEONETWOFIVE is not responsible for lost returns or items damaged in transit which will result in ineligible refund.
UNSURE OF RING SIZING
If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores or purchase our adjustable ring sizer. You can also refer to the Ring Size chart available on every ring listing on our website.

REFUNDS
Should you be eligible for a refund (on a case by case basis), please allow 3-5 business days after we have received the returned goods for the refund to be paid to the account used by the original payment method.
REPAIRS
If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair, please email hello@threeonetwofive.com to inquire. Let's do our best to prolong the lifespan of each jewellery instead of throwing them away! You can read more on our jewellery care tips here.
If you would like your ring sized up or down there will be additional charges involved depending on material and complexity of design.
If you would like to replate certain pieces of your jewellery - whether it's from THREEONETWOFIVE or not - please email us with photos attached of the pieces you would like to replate. Currently, most of our gold pieces are plated in 18K yellow gold. Plating fee starts from SGD20.

When you have received your order:
Peel the sticker off, it's actually resealable and reusable.
Reuse the paper wrap for future gift wrapping or other purposes. For me, I lay them at the base of my garden pots to cover large pot holes. If you are not going to reuse it, please recycle them.
Reuse the paper box as many times as you can before you recycle it. Use it to store not-in-use cables, batteries, stationeries etc. Some of our customers have used it to store their accessories when traveling!
Reuse the cotton pouch for your mini toiletries, makeup, first aids etc. I personally use them to store my earphones.
Always consider reusing before you send them away for recycling! 👍
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I do without the box?
Unfortunately we had some bad experiences when we shipped without the box. Earring posts gets bent or detached. We really don't know what happens during delivery. We have to ship your order in the box to prevent damage and as a way to make your parcel more "obvious" so that it will not be overlooked in the delivery warehouse.
- Can I personalise the name on the sticker?
Yes you can, we write the name according what's written on the shipping address. So please, fee free to personalise!
- Can I get more cotton pouches?
We limit one cotton pouch to one order. If you need more, you can purchase them here.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Most of our pieces are made with sterling silver and stainless steel. Under humid conditions, even precious metals like sterling silver will oxidise overtime. These can be easily solved by polishing the oxidised layer away with the polishing cloth provided.
For stainless steel products, just wipe the jewellery clean — removing any dirt and debris — before you store them in your jewellery container.

How do I measure my ring size?
We recommend that you measure the circumference (i.e around your finger) rather than diameter for more accurate measurements. You can also find a ring size guide along with instructions how to measure your ring size under every ring listing.
Alternatively, we recommend using our adjustable ring sizer. (It's free of charge!)

How long will my order take?
We ship ready stock items within 1-3 business days. For made to order items such as custom signet rings, it takes 4-5 weeks at least.
