Multi-spray is a multifunctional product which can be used as a hand sanitiser, yoga mat spray, instant surface cleaner and room spray. 



  • Shake well before use. 
  • For hands: Spray 2 to 3 times on hand and rub until it dries.
  • For surfaces: Spray 2 to 3 times on surface and wipe until it dries.



Contains at least 70% isopropyl alcohol for anti-bacterial purpose, Vitamin E, custom blend of essential and fragrance oils.



  • Not recommended for persons with skin sensitivity. 
  • Please patch test on skin before using. 
  • Do not ingest or spray into eyes. 
  • Please handle with care and avoid dropping the bottle from high.

Most pieces are handmade to order, please consider this factor when you make your purchase. We do not accept returns nor exchanges for custom items such as those with engraving and bespoke pieces.

All sale items are final, strictly no exchange or refunds are allowed.

If any item is sent wrong by us or items got damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you on the matter within 7 working days. All THREEONETWOFIVE items have a 6-month warranty, effective from the date of order.   



International returns are welcomed but return shipping fees will be borne by customer.

It is required that you track all shipments and pack your returned goods securely. THREEONETWOFIVE is not responsible for lost returns or items damaged in transit which will result in ineligible refund.



If you are unsure of your ring size, you can get your fingers sized at most local jewelry stores or purchase our adjustable ring sizer. You can also refer to the Ring Size chart available on every ring listing on our website.

Should you be eligible for a refund (on a case by case basis), please allow 3-5 business days after we have received the returned goods for the refund to be paid to the account used by the original payment method.



If a piece gets damaged and you need a repair, please email hello@threeonetwofive.com to inquire. Let's do our best to prolong the lifespan of each jewellery instead of throwing them away! You can read more on our jewellery care tips here.

If you would like your ring sized up or down there will be additional charges involved depending on material and complexity of design.

If you would like to replate certain pieces of your jewellery - whether it's from THREEONETWOFIVE or not - please email us with photos attached of the pieces you would like to replate. Currently, most of our gold pieces are plated in 18K yellow gold. Plating fee starts from SGD20.


All in all, we will do our best to serve you with whatever we have and whatever we can so you can wear meaningful jewellery and be happy. So, thank you for reading this :-) 

All orders made via THREEONETWOFIVE online store will be packed in a cotton pouch and cardboard box to protect the jewellery during shipment. 
All standard orders will come like this:
  1. Cotton pouch 
  2. Silver polishing cloth (if you have purchased any sterling silver items)
  3. Packed in recyclable box
For gifting, we can give you a card for you to handwrite your message for the recipient or we can handwrite for you too! Simply leave your message on the "Note" section upon checkout.

When you have received your order:

Reuse the paper box as many times as you can before you recycle it. Use it to store not-in-use cables, batteries, stationeries etc. Some of our customers have used it to store their accessories when traveling! 

Reuse the cotton pouch for your mini toiletries, makeup, first aids etc. I personally use them to store my earphones.

Always consider reusing before you send them away for recycling! 👍


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I do without the box?

Unfortunately we had some bad experiences when we shipped without the box. Earring posts gets bent or detached. We really don't know what happens during delivery. We have to ship your order in the box to prevent damage and as a way to make your parcel more "obvious" so that it will not be overlooked in the delivery warehouse. Alternatively, you can select "Self Collect" option to save on packaging! 

  • Can I get more cotton pouches?

We limit one cotton pouch to one order. If you need more, you can purchase them here.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I care for my jewellery?

    Most of our pieces are made with sterling silver and stainless steel. Under humid conditions, even precious metals like sterling silver will oxidise overtime. Wipe jewellery with polishing cloth provided. (Free with any purchase of sterling silver items!)

    For stainless steel products, just wipe the jewellery clean — removing any dirt and debris — before you store them in your jewellery container.

    A little care goes a long way.

  • How do I measure my ring size?

    We recommend that you measure the circumference (i.e around your finger) rather than diameter for more accurate measurements. You can also find a ring size guide along with instructions how to measure your ring size under every ring listing.

    Alternatively, we recommend using our adjustable ring sizer. (It's free of charge!)

  • How long will my order take?

    We ship ready stock items within 1-3 business days. For made to order items such as custom signet rings, it takes 4-5 weeks at least.
