2. International deliveries will be done via Aramex. This is fully traceable and you will receive an email update when your order has been shipped. Kindly leave us with your phone number and email address so you will receive notifications regarding your parcel's status.

Some of THREEONETWOFIVE pieces are made to order. For this reason we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 1-3 business days (for ready stock items) and 3-4 weeks window (for custom & bespoke items such as those with engraving and gold plating) for your delivery.

If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request—please include your instructions in the order notes or drop us an email to If the item you requested is in stock, it will be mailed out within 3 days of your order.

If you are ordering an in stock item with a jewelry item that is made to order: The order will be mailed when all items on the order are available to mail.

All of our packages are traceable. You will receive a tracking number with the respective delivery provider from us.

If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
